Borders Academy of Sporting Excellence (BASE) supports sports performers to develop their individual skills and sports performance alongside their academic studies. This is an excellent opportunity for any aspiring Football Players to combine academic study with their Football development through the delivery of atrength and conditioning, specialised Football and classroom theoretical sessions.

NPA - SCQF Level 6
Delivery
This is a Part time course delivered on a Friday from 10am to 2pm. The course includes specialised strength & conditioning sessons and expert Coaching.
