This course is designed to cover the Food, Energy Measurements, Eating for Health and Action Planning in line with National Initiatives. The course is aimed at individuals who are employed where food and its preparation is part of their job role.

Qualifications
A Royal Environmental Health Institute of Scotland (REHIS) accredited certificate will be awarded on successful completion.
Delivery
One-day course from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm including multiple choice examination.

Delivery held at one of the following campuses (confirmed upon enquiry)
Hawick, TD9 0EH
Galashiels, TD1 3HE
We may also be able to deliver this on your premises subject to a minimum number of candidates.
Entry requirements
No formal entry requirements, however we expect 3 hours self study prior to course delivery. Course handbook will be posted out in advance of the course date.
