Modern Apprenticeship Customer Service - (SCQF Level 6)
The Modern Apprenticeship in Customer Service is a work based qualification delivered by direct observation and the production of a portfolio of evidence. Candidates are assigned an assessor who will support them through the delivery of this Modern Apprenticeship.
Qualifications
The course comprises 2 mandatory units and 5 optional units. The units cover the following areas: understanding of Customer Service and understanding the rules that impact on the improvement of Customer Service.5 optional units can be chosen from a range of options suited to the work place. To achieve the Modern Apprenticeship candidates must achieve 5 core skills at SCQF Level 5 in Communication, Working with Others, Problem Solving, ICT & Numeracy. Each apprentice must also achieve two additional units from any SVQ (Scottish Vocational Qualification) at SCQF Level 6. Skills CFA encourages the achievement of additional awards, training and qualifications, where relevant.
Delivery
At your workplace - our Borders College Assessor will guide you every step of the way, visiting regularly and providing personalised tutoring and support. College premises in Borders and other venues are often used for meeting up, orto access computer and library facilities. Start dates are all year round. We work with people individually therefore start dates are negotiable.
