Social Services Health Care at SCQF Level 6
SVQs are Scottish Vocational Qualifications. The SVQs in Social Services & Healthcare are work-based qualifications that can be achieved at three different levels to suit various job roles.We offer great support and have excellent candidate success levels. Qualifications
The course comprises of 4 mandatory units and 2 optional units. The units cover the following areas: Health, safety of yourself and individuals, support the safeguarding of individuals, effective communication, develop your practice.2 optional units can be chosen from a range of options suited to the work place. To achieve the Modern Apprenticeship candidates must also achieve 2 core skills at SCQF Level 4 in ICT & Numeracy.
Delivery
At your workplace - our Borders College Assessor will guide you every step of the way, visiting regularly and providing personalised tutoring and support. Start dates are all year round. We work with people individually therefore start dates are negotiable.
