The ‘state of the art’ salons at Borders College have been furnished with the latest equipment and commercial products, allowing students to learn the latest techniques and treatments.
Restaurant at the Scottish Borders Campus, Galashiels
The student teams are led by a Head Waiter and Head Chef, who are usually 2nd or 3rd year students. They act in a supervisory role under the auspices of the lecturer.
