Intermediate Food Hygiene (REHIS)
This course is essential for those supervising the handling and preparation of food.
Qualifications
A Royal Environmental Health Institute of Scotland (REHIS) certificate will be awarded on successful completion.
Delivery
This course consistes of 6 sessions which consist of of half and full days. Candidates are also required to carry out self-study and submit assignments. Further information can be given upon enquiry.

Entry requirements
Candidates are required to hold a valid Elementary Food Hygiene certificate to be eligible to undertake this course.
