ACS Gas Courses

ACS Gas Initial Training

The ACS training and assessment scheme covers domestic gas installations.

If you need to undertake assessment for your core gas (CCN1) and/or appliances either for the first time, hold an MLP certificate, or if your existing ACS has expired over 12 months ago, you require this initial training.

Depending upon the work area specified, you would normally undertake a ‘core’ assessment e.g. CCN1, followed by one or more appliance or specialised assessments e.g. CENWAT etc

Cost £799.00

ACS Gas Re-assessment

ACS Re-assessment is for those Category 1 candidates who are experienced gas fitters with existing gas knowledge and skills. These are operatives looking to renew certificates which have expired (less than 12 months) or are due to expire. Additionally, Category 1 candidates are also those of you looking to add appliances and expand your scope of work.
Candidates wishing to take re-assessment must have held the assessment element previously – if this element has expired by more than 12 months of the assessment date, it will be necessary to take the initial assessment.
